Laptop Discounts Before Black Friday
The early listings matter to shoppers who need a computer before the main holiday sales period or want to compare prices over time. The selection covers Apple and Windows laptops, gaming systems and Chromebooks, so the deals are not limited to one operating system or use case. The listed reductions may also help buyers compare configurations, rather than focusing only on a headline price.
These are retailer offers, not a guarantee of the lowest price or a promise that a model will remain discounted. Prices can change, and the source does not provide a confirmed end date for the offers. Shoppers should check the product configuration and current checkout price before buying, especially where a deal applies only to selected screen sizes or specifications.

Deals Arrive Weeks Before Black Friday
Black Friday falls later in November, but the roundup shows participating retailers listing laptop discounts ahead of the event. CNET’s article was updated on Nov. 4, 2026, at 8:18 a.m. EST, and says its savings team has found offers from major brands including Apple, HP, Lenovo and Samsung. The source frames the prices as early Black Friday deals rather than final event pricing.
CNET says it plans to add offers as Black Friday approaches and invites readers to check back for updates. Its accompanying editorial information identifies the article as a commerce roundup and links to its review ethics and testing policies. The source does not provide a deal-by-deal methodology, retailer inventory figures or a comparison with prices during previous sales.

Prices and Stock May Change
The source does not state when each discount expires, whether inventory is limited, or whether the listed prices apply to every configuration. It says the MacBook Air reduction covers several configurations, including 13- and 15-inch models, but shoppers should verify the exact offer at the retailer. The listed price for the HP Victus is $999, with no original price or savings amount supplied.
The roundup also does not establish whether any deal is the lowest price a product has reached, or whether the discounts will deepen on Black Friday. Prices, product availability and retailer terms may change after publication. The deal descriptions and performance assessments are CNET’s editorial characterizations, not independently verified guarantees of how a laptop will perform for every buyer.
More Offers Expected Before Black Friday
CNET says it expects to add more laptop deals before Black Friday and advises readers to revisit the roundup. No schedule for updates or confirmed dates for individual offers is provided. Buyers interested in a listed model should check its current price, configuration, stock and retailer terms before placing an order.
